SUP SUP is a range of functional lifestyle drinks made in Cape Town. We make three products designed for three daily moments: Sober Paloma (morning energy), Recoup + Recover (post-activity recovery), and Night Cap (evening wind-down). Each is loaded with electrolytes, vitamins, or adaptogens — with zero sugar and zero alcohol.
Each flavour comes in two formats: a 500ml Craft Syrup bottle (20 serves, mix with water) and a 250ml Ready-to-Drink can (single serve, grab and go). We also offer bundles including The Ritual Starter Kit and The Full Reset Box.
Add 25ml of syrup to 200ml of cold water or sparkling water. Stir or shake. That's it. One bottle gives you 20 serves at R17.45 per serve.
